Shipping Rates

All items shipped via United States Post Office with delivery confirmation.
Tracking information is included in shipping notification email.
Shipping limited to US.

Payment

All payments are handled through PayPal.
PayPal will guide you through the process and allows you to use any credit card or electronic transfer to make payment.

How to Place a Custom Order

You are not limited to the color/design combinations presented on the site:
• You may want to specify the number of a design element in a switch plate or their placement.
• You may want a knob design in a color not pictured
• You may have an idea for an item that isn't pictured
• You may have a color in your home that you can't find a match to on the site

If any of the above apply you can place a custom order by sending me an email. With a copy of the order form I use as a guide to the information I would need - send me an email.

I will reply or call with any questions I have and the provide an estimate of cost.

Once all the details of your order of set I will send you an email containing a PayPal invoice for payment.

Once I receive notification of payment from PayPal, I will complete your order.

Purchasing Sale Items - Future Section

Sale items are limited to the quantity shown and purchased through an email exchange; to insure you don't pay for an item no longer available.

You will receive two emails if the item is available; one confirmation of the sale and a second PayPal invoice.

The item will be shipped once I receive notification of payment from PayPal.
